A woman (a former chef!) says she’s stopped eating fruits and vegetables and eats only bacon, beef, and butter.
She dropped 30 lbs, from 191 pounds to 161 pounds on the diet.
She says that eating vegetables triggered cravings for sugary foods, so “I eat only meat and animal products, so lots of burger patties, egg, steak, bacon, cream, butter, and cheese.”
She says “You need to pick one fuel source. Either you’re burning fat or you’re burning carbs. I feel better on the fat.”
