New Roller Coaster Has A 110 Foot Freefall!!

Next month at Colorado’s Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, a new roller coaster will open and take its place in the record books.

Defiance will stand atop Iron Mountain at an elevation of 7,160 above sea level, which is a record for a looping coaster.

The coaster will feature a 75-foot vertical climb and a 110-foot freefall, making it the steepest drop of any coaster drop in the western U.S.
