Staying home? Thank you! Here are some coping tips.

Whether staying at home means working from home or schooling the kids, there’s some stress and anxiety.  The PA Dept. of Health has a few tips on how to help yourself cope:
  • Take breaks from news and social media
  • Eat healthy
  • Get some exercise. Staying home doesn’t mean you can’t go outside!
  • Make sure you get enough sleep
  • Make time to unwind
  • Avoid alcohol and drugs
  • Connect with others by phone or video. Now’s a great time to catch up with a friend!
