Whether staying at home means working from home or schooling the kids, there’s some stress and anxiety. The PA Dept. of Health has a few tips on how to help yourself cope:
- Take breaks from news and social media
- Eat healthy
- Get some exercise. Staying home doesn’t mean you can’t go outside!
- Make sure you get enough sleep
- Make time to unwind
- Avoid alcohol and drugs
- Connect with others by phone or video. Now’s a great time to catch up with a friend!
