A real estate developer/former film producer is just finishing up what could very well be the most expensive home ever sold in the country.
The house is a 100,000-square-foot mansion in Bel-Air with four pools, a bowling alley, a nightclub, a 30-car garage, a 45-seat IMAX theater, a 5,000-square-foot master bedroom, and a moat.
The developer plans on putting the house on the market soon with the asking price of only $500 million dollars.
The current record holder for the biggest real estate deal in the U.S. is a penthouse in Manhattan that sold for $238 million a few years ago.
IF the Bel-Air home sells for the asking price, that would more than double the old record.
