Raw Chicken Bad: No Sh**!

I feel like we knew this LONG AGO, but I’m here for YOU:

A new report says don’t wash your chicken. The Department of Agriculture says rinsing raw chicken to remove slimy film could splatter bacteria onto other surfaces or food. Scientists closely monitored people who rinsed their meat and found that 30-percent of them had their salads contaminated. That raises the risk of catching a food borne illness. The CDC says about 48-million people catch some sort of food borne illness each year.
