NASHVILLE NEWS & NOTES – THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2018!

Brad Paisley and his wife, Kimberly, are debuting a free referral-based grocery store in Nashville.  The Paisleys announced the new venture this week.  It’s a team effort with Belmont University and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.  “The Store” plans to offer basic food items to families and individuals referred to them by nonprofit or government agencies.
Maren Morris is going to pay tribute to Aretha Franklin at this year’s CMT Artist of the Year special. The show will air on October 17th on CMT.
Tim McGraw is releasing new music to country radio today. “Neon Church” will hit airwaves at 5 p.m. Central Standard Time.  That’s 6 p.m. Froggy time.  Tim teased the single on Twitter and also asked fans to “text him” for the details.
