Author Linwood Barclay On Crafting The Twist and Turns Of His New Book A NOISE DOWNSTAIRS.

Paul Davis thought he was pulling off the road to help a friend in need. Instead, he caught his friend disposing of two bodies and Paul almost became victim number three.

Eight months later, Paul is in therapy and trying to get back to a normal life.

He thinks he has a plan, too. He wants to write the story of the murders, of his former friend, of his recovery in the hopes of tackling his problems head on.

So begins the story of A NOISE DOWNSTAIRS. It is a new novel by Linwood Barclay, a writer Stephen King called “a suspense master”.

We got the chance to talk to Mr. Barclay about the book and all those twists.
