Being “Hangry” Explained… By Science!

A team of researchers at the University of North Carolina have studied being “hangry”….

Hungry + angry = hangry. When some are hungry, they tend to be in a worse mood.

It is very real, according to the study. It’s based on everything from blood sugar and biology to personality and environmental factors.

There are ways to prevent it of course.

One tip that study does recommend is to not do any strenuous activities until after you have eaten!
