Koinonia

The 91st Scripps National Spelling Bee was has a champion.  Kathik Nemmani a 14 year old 8th grader from McKinney, Texas nailed the word and was a big winner.  He claims $40,000 in cash from E.W. Scripps Co. and also a 25 hundred dollar cash prize from Merriam Webster.

The word Koinonia means “The Christian fellowship or body of believers.”
