A Michigan Community Comes Together Every Night For Kids Spending The Holidays In The Hospital

Michigan’s Beaumont Children’s Hospital’s “Moonbeams for Sweet Dreams” program is a big hit.

To help the young patients feel less isolated over the holidays, the hospital invites the community to come out and shine flashlights up at the kids who are watching from their rooms or the hospital’s skywalk.

The nightly tradition is something they can get excited about during a rough time.
