NASHVILLE NEWS & NOTES – FRIDAY, APRIL 21, 2017!

Carrie Underwood is celebrating the Nashville Predators series sweep of the Chicago Blackhawks.  That’s because her husband, Mike Fisher, is a player on the Preds roster.  Carrie Tweeted out a picture after the game of a raccoon with a broom in its hand!  Get it?  A PREDATOR SWEEPING!
When is a basketball game more important than a country concert?  Answer: when the arena you are supposed to perform in is already scheduled to be used instead for an NBA Playoff game!  CBS claims Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are postponing their concert in Atlanta tomorrow night because of the Atlanta Hawks-Washington Wizards playoff game. The show has been rescheduled for Sunday night.
The new album from Brad Paisley was finally released yesterday!  It’s called “Love & War” and is chalk full of duets and surprises!  Brad teams up with rockers Mick Jagger and John Fogerty, rapper Timbaland (for two cuts) and country legend Bill Anderson!  The only tune you may already be familiar with is his latest hit called “Today.”  There’s also a clever take on the internet called “Selfie#Theinternetisforever!”
