Easter is almost here, and Americans will spend 2.6 billion dollars on Easter candy this year. That’s according to the National Retail Federation. Consumer reports says if you’re on a diet and you’re trying to nibble only 100 calories of the chocolatey confection might be difficult. Because the Cadbury creme egg,the Nestle crunch egg or a hand full of Reese’s pieces are more than 100 calories.You might want to give the Jelly Belly jelly beans a try. you can eat 25 of them and still stay under 100 calories.
