NASHVILLE NEWS & NOTES – TUESDAY, MARCH 21, 2017!

Reba McEntire has been chosen to sing the National Anthem for the 27th Annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game going on Saturday, June 10 at Nashville’s First Tennessee Park.  The game is part of CMA Fest and features many of country music’s biggest stars as well as professional athletes and other celebrities.  Proceeds from the game go to City of Hope and their efforts to fight cancer and diabetes.
People magazine claims Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are going to record a CD together. It will be released later this year. The first single, Speak To A Girl, will debut this Thursday.  Don’t forget to catch Tim and Faith on their Soul2Soul Tour coming to PPG Paints Arena on Thursday, October 12th.
Jana Kramer is going to star in a new movie on The Hallmark ChannelSounds Like Nashville reports the movie is called Love At First Bark and will center around Jana, who plays an interior designer who adopts a dog and seeks the help of an expert and handsome dog trainer played by Kevin McGarry.  What starts out as a professional relationship turns into something much more!   An on-air date has not yet been announced!
