New Years Resolutions End Tomorrow

Every year we make New Year’s resolutions to lose weight, eat better, get more sleep, etc. Sadly, February 2nd is the day when most of those promises end. And it stays that way the rest of the year.
It’s uncertain as to why this happens, but the first month of eating better, exercising and getting more sleep seems to find it’s end.
In reality fast food sales increase in the first part of February after a slump in January.
It’s all about moderation!
