Apples are good for our Diet

It is officially Fall, and that means lots of different fruits and vegetables to grace our tables. But if you are dieting, then you may want to eat apples. You remember when we were kids when we were told “an Apple a day keeps the Doctor away” well that is true. According to researchers at the Cleveland Clinic, apples are the best fruit to eat because they have a ton of Soluble fiber which can help bring our bad cholesterol levels down. So go ahead,have an apple or two. They make great snacks dipped in peanut butter, chocolate or caramel,or put on oatmeal. I’m getting hungry as I type this (ha,ha)
