Today is National Lasagna Day ! Layers and layers of pasta, ground beef, cheese and sauce. It doesn’t get any better. I like my lasagna to sit for about a half hour before I cut into it so that it stays firm and not runny What kind of lasagna is your favorite? Traditional, vegetarian, spinach and mushroom, seafood, white cheese and chicken,zucchini, five cheese and the list goes on. We don’t bake our lasagna in a conventional oven,but in the Nuwav. It gets done in less time, and still gets crispy around the edges.MMM,MMMM Good !!
