It’s been ten years since Rascal Flatts’ “My Wish” topped the charts, and for ten years now, ESPN has used the song as the soundtrack for its series that follows the Make-a-Wish Foundation as they turn dreams into reality for children with life-threatening illnesses.  To celebrate the ten-year anniversary, Gary, Jay and Joe Don have recorded a new version of the song. They also reflect on the impact of “My Wish” on tonight’s edition of SportsCenter. You can catch it at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Carrie Underwood has country’s most successful tour of 2016 so far.  Carrie made $29.9 million from the 40 dates on her Storyteller tour, enough to land at number 10 on Billboard magazine’s Highest-Grossing Tours list.  Taylor Swift comes in at number 9 with $33.3 million for just a dozen shows. Bruce Springsteen lands at the top, making $135 million over his 45 dates.  The second leg of Carrie’s Storyteller tour begins at the end of August.

For the next three Tuesdays, the Grand Ole Opry and Southwest Airlines are teaming up to bring country music to New York City. This summer, they’re sponsoring a handful of free acoustic shows in Manhattan’s Bryant Park.  Parmalee plays the first concert on July 26, with Lindsay Ell and Thompson Square following on August 2 and 9. You can watch each set live at 8:30 p.m. ET on the Opry’s Facebook page.
