Brad Paisley is pitching in to help his home state of West Virginia, after the June 23 floods that killed more than twenty people and devastated multiple small towns. After performing “Take Me Home, Country Roads” in a video posted on his Facebook page, Brad launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for the region, where 44 out of 55 counties have declared a state of emergency. Brad got the ball rolling by contributing $100,000 himself, with a goal of raising a million dollars. The money will go to help flood victims through Brad’s foundation. He plans to visit the area on Thursday, and isn’t counting out the idea of doing a benefit concert at some point. You can help out, as well. Take your donations to any Ideal Market location until Tuesday. Keep listening or go to our web site for more info!
