Remembering The Voice Contestant Christina Grimmie, 22. Look Back At A Few Of Her Performances.

Tragic news coming out of Orlando this morning as Season 6 contestant Christina Grimmie was shot and killed after a concert. She was signing autographs and meeting fans after the show.

Christina began on youtube, as do so many young hopefuls. She would eventually make her way to The Voice, where she got the four-chair-turn. She chose Adam Levine as her coach. She made top three that season.

Christina Grimmie was just 22.

Christina posted her first video to youtube six years ago, a cover of a Hannah Montana song.

She released an official music video for the song “Advice” in 2011. That summer, she was also celebrating opening for Selena Gomez on tour.

In 2014, she auditioned for The Voice. She sang “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus.

During her time on The Voice, Grimmie and Adam Levine performed a duet of Gotye’s “Somebody That I Use To Know”

Grimmie’s final video was posted a week ago. A vlog about the Humane Society.
