It’s been quite awhile since we’ve heard new music from Miranda Lambert, so when may we expect some new music?  Miranda has set up residence in Nashville since leaving Oklahoma following her divorce.  She says, because of that, she’s writing almost constantly.  So, in answer to the question, “when can we expect to hear new Miranda music?”  Miranda says, “soon!”

Great news for fans of the TV show “Nashville!”  It looks as though the show has been picked up for a fifth season by CMT!  In a press release issued today, CMT confirmed that it had picked up the show, which will have a 22-episode run this season. Under the deal, Hulu will have streaming rights to episodes the day after they air.  Brian Phillips, president of CMT, said, “CMT heard the fans. The wave of love and appreciation they have unleashed for ‘Nashville’ has been overwhelming.  ‘Nashville’ belongs on CMT.”  The start date for season 5 has not yet been revealed!

Craig Campbell raised more than $35,000 Tuesday with his Celebrity Cornhole Challenge. The money goes to fight colorectal cancer, which claimed Craig’s dad at the age of 36.
