We’re all told to eat more protein. Many of us then go crazy and eat more chicken. It’s not a bad idea, but we all can get tired of chicken. There are many other foods that actually have more protein than chicken.
Shrimp, Cottage Cheese, Deli Roast Beer and Tofu.
You may not like all of these mentioned, but you like at least one..correct? Substitute chicken with one of the above for more protein.
