Miley’s daddy hasn’t had a chart hit since his duet with his daughter in 2007, but Billy Ray Cyrus’ is back with a new song and video!  It’s called “Hey Elvis!”  The song was written twenty years ago and Billy Ray loved it then.  It’s taken until for Billy Ray to record and release it!   The video will premiere on “CMT Hot 20 Countdown” on Saturday!  You can see a preview here!

With this year’s CMT Music Awards less than a week away, the show has announced a brand-new category for 2016. Next Wednesday, the fan-voted awards will crown its first ever #SocialSuperstar.  Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Jake Owen, Kelsea Ballerini, Lindsey Ell and Thomas Rhett are the standouts when it comes to interacting with their fans via social media. You can vote for your favorite now at CMT.com.  The 2016 CMT Music Awards air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena Wednesday, June 8 at 8 p.m. ET.

Jason Aldean’s new video is also a mini-documentary that takes you behind the scenes on his Six String Circus Tour.  Jason will perform “Lights Come On” next Wednesday on the CMT Music Awards, before headlining the Thursday night stadium show at CMA Music Festival. He resumes the Six String Circus trek with Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses June 17 in New York.  You can check out the new video now.
