Some days are better than others. Forget Monday’s. I’m not sure that anyone looks forward to getting up early after a great weekend. But if you want to become a better morning person here are some tips:
Don’t look at your smartphone first thing in the morning. It’s a great way to get your way off to a bad start.
Stretch! Get up and move around.
Write Down Three Things To Accomplish Today: You’ll have some goals to achieve.
Listen to music. Isn’t that the best way to wake up?
