Three men working as crew at Luke Bryan‘s tour stop in Syracuse, N.Y., were seriously injured in a car accident on Sunday morning following the concert and were airlifted to nearby hospitals.  The Odessa File newspaper reports that at about 8:30AM, a Ford minivan carrying the three men veered off the road, went airborne, hit a tree and came to rest, on its side, in a water-filled ditch.  The Odessa Fire Department arrived on the scene to find one of the injured men outside of the vehicle; the other two men were trapped inside and needed to be freed using the Jaws of Life. The three men, whose names have not been released, sustained “undesignated injuries,” per the newspaper, but their injuries were serious enough that they were all transported via helicopter to hospitals in Syracuse, NY and Sayre, PA.  An investigation into the accident is underway by New York State Police, but no additional information has been made available.

Not only did Little Big Town sell-out three shows with Luke Bryan and Dustin Lynch this weekend, they also picked up some heavy metal along the way.  At Friday night’s show in Baltimore, the group found out their smash “Girl Crush” has gone double platinum, meaning it’s sold the equivalent of two million copies and the “Girl Crush” mania isn’t over yet! Yesterday, LBT found out they’re nominated for Top Country Song at this year’s Billboard Music Awards. You can find out if they win May 22 live from Las Vegas on ABC.

Two of Nashville’s stars have been signed as pitch-person’s for two new products.  The country outfitter Boot Barn has hired Kelsea Ballerini to represent its Shyanne line of clothing and Jason Aldean is partnering with Outlaw Energy Drink as the brand expands to more areas beyond southern California and Nevada.
