How To Function After A Sleepless Night

Okay it’s Monday. Sunday afternoon begins the dread of going back to work after a great weekend.  That means a sleepless night.  Here’s some tips on how to function after a sleepless night.

Wash Your Face. Washing your face will give the impression that you didn’t have a sleepless night.

Take A Jog.  This one is tough especially if you’re already at work.  Exercise makes us more alert.

Take A Nap.  Some caffeine and a short nap can be just what you need.

It’s Monday afternoon, so be prepared for this coming Sunday night…another sleepless night!
