N.J. Superintendent Accused Of Defecating On Track Appears In Court

(Kenilworth, NJ) — The New Jersey superintendent accused of defecating on an area high school’s track wants to see all the surveillance video in the case. Attorneys for 42-year-old Thomas Tramaglini say their client has only received small snippets of the video that authorities say shows him relieving himself on the Holmdel High School track. A camera was set up after officials repeatedly found human waste at the site. Tamaglini was silent during his brief appearance before a judge yesterday. The New Jersey school official faces charges of lewdness and public defecation, but is not looking at jail time.
